What is a typical workout session like? What if I cant perform a certain exercise? Will you shout at us? I'm scared! What do i need to get started? |
What about the weather? Seriously, we train all year round in all weather conditions, sun or rain. Who can/should attend? Once per month you will be assessed over 1½ miles (timed) well as 1 min of press ups, sit ups and squat thrusts. What times are available? |
