FAQs

What is a typical workout session like?
Our sessions are progressive and motivating and cater for all levels of fitness together from the complete novice to the seasoned athlete.

What if I cant perform a certain exercise?
We will give you a modified lower impact exercise as an alternative.

Will you shout at us? I'm scared!
Yes - But only in a motivating and positive manner...  We only aim to keep you focused and on task at all times.  We are all Ex or currently serving Military Physical Training Instructors, and we will prove to you why the military method of motivating people way is not only the best way , but the only way!

What do i need to get started?
You will need a water bottle, suitable training clothing for outdoors and comfortable training shoes (preferably running shoes).

What about the weather?
In the army, we have a saying 'If it ain't raining, it ain't training' - Oh, we have another one 'Skins Water Proof'

Seriously, we train all year round in all weather conditions, sun or rain.

Who can/should attend?
Our bootcamp style of training is design to cope with all levels of fitness.  you don't have to be fit, our fitness assessments are based on British Army physical tests and are age and gender set.

Once per month you will be assessed over 1½  miles (timed) well as 1 min of press ups, sit ups and squat thrusts.
